How To Burn

Holding your charcoal disc carefully, use a lighter flame on the edge or the centre of the disc for 10-20 seconds. As it ignites, notice the sparkle and the smoke. Place the ignited disc ontop of sand inside your heat proof clay bowl or brass burner. Your charcoal is ready when you can notice an ashy appearance slowly move across the disc. Sprinkle a very small pinch of your incense onto the hot charcoal and enjoy the aromatic fragrance of nature.

Sea Goddess uses ‘Three Kings’ charcoal. Each charcoal disc can only be used once and will burn for approximately 1-1.5 hours.

Snuff your charcoal using an Annapurna spoon full of sand, covering the charcoal disc completely.

Reseal your packet of charcoal to prevent moisture absorbing into your discs and store in a cool dry place.
